Overview

TikTok Publishing Review Tool helps authorized creators preview product videos and manually confirm publishing to their own TikTok profile.

Information We Collect

When a creator connects a TikTok account, we may receive TikTok authorization data such as access tokens, refresh tokens, account identifiers, creator profile information, and permission scopes. We may also process video files, captions, hashtags, privacy settings, interaction settings, commercial content disclosures, AI-generated content disclosures, and publishing status.

How We Use Information

We use this information only to provide the publishing workflow requested by the authorized creator, including account authorization, content preview, publishing confirmation, and publishing status checks.

Data Retention

We keep TikTok authorization data only while it is needed to provide the authorized publishing workflow, unless a longer period is required by law or security needs. Temporary video files and publishing metadata are kept only as long as needed for preview, publishing, troubleshooting, or user support, and are deleted when they are no longer needed.

Revoking TikTok Access

Creators may revoke the app's TikTok access from their TikTok account settings or by contacting us. After access is revoked, the app will no longer be able to publish content or query publishing status for that TikTok account.

Data Deletion Requests

Creators may request deletion of account connection data, publishing metadata, and stored content by contacting us at the email below. We will respond to deletion requests within a reasonable period, usually within 30 days, and complete deletion unless retention is required for legal, security, or abuse-prevention reasons.

Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We send information to TikTok only when required to provide the authorized TikTok publishing workflow. We may use service providers for hosting, storage, security, and operational support, but they may process information only for those service purposes.

Data Security

Authorization tokens and secrets are stored in server-side environment variables or secure storage, not in public client-side code.

International Processing

The app may be operated using cloud infrastructure in different countries. When information is processed outside a creator's country, we take reasonable steps to protect it according to this policy.
